Day Three.

Cheating On a Diet.

Ok picture this. I'm sitting around the house Goofing, off playing Bioshock and I get hungry.

I pick up my phone and check the time, half past four in the afternoon. The wife wont be home until like seven thirty, more likely eight, I'll get dinner on the table by eight thirty, Shit I gotta eat something now to tide me over.

This is where if I had been on another diet I would say "Fuck this!" and grab chips, and with that mentality I came into the kitchen and grabbed half a bowl of cold leftover chili from last night, some bread, and a pickle.

Quick note on my ghetto culinary exploits. Most you folks know that I'm the guy from "Starvin' with Louis" I don't wanna give a full history of the show and its origins but i will say that some of that cheap ass food I ate for so long stuck with me and this is a quick recipe for the "Jam" sandwich. (recipe)

Take a slice of bread spread mayo on it thin.
Take another slice bread spread mayo on it thin.
Put black pepper on both slices of bread put a third slice of bread between them and "Jam" them together.
Normally this "Fuck it" attitude toward a diet would be my undoing, but it turns out that with Weight Watchers I have enough points to have my half a bowl of leftover cold chili and jam sandwich completely guilt free. This might actually work. I am looking forward to Second breakfasts and double lunches.

Now, I forget. Is Marmite anything like Vegemite?

I don't know if I'd have the willpower for WW (especially if I wasn't smoking) so kudos to you.

Funny stuff Lou - I always remember the "jam" sandwich being called the Hobo Turkey Club by Vic :)

I thought he was just crazy and somewhat clever, but now I figure he probably stole the idea from you!
