Day Twenty

So my blood sugar was a little high this morning so I made a conscious effort not to snack today. Unfortunately we went out to the in-laws for dinner so I was sure I blew it again and honestly I probably went a little overboard with dinner, but as the rest of the day went so well I still wound up coming a few points under for the night.

7:00 am.
Blood Sugar - 151
Meds
1 Glipizide
1 Multi Vitamin
1 Lisinopril

7:45 am. - Breakfast
¼ cup Better'n Eggs - Ham and Cheese
1 Starvin' Lou's Spicy Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
2 cups Coffee - Pecan

1:45 pm. - Lunch
Wasabi Tuna and Green Pea Salad

1½ cup arugula
1 cup cooked frozen green peas
1 can Bumble Bee - Chunk White Albacore, in water
2 Tsp Wasabi Powder
1 Tbsp plain fat-free yogurt

1 serving Glenny's Low Fat Soy Crisps - Bar-b-que
2 12oz cans Dr. Pepper - Diet

2:50 pm. - Meds

1 Prilosec
4 Ibufrofin

7:20 pm. - Meds
1 Glipizide

7:30 pm. - Dinner
2 serving Dr. Pepper - Diet
2 Margarita's - pork enchiladas
1 cup Pinto beans
1 Margarita's - Shrimp & Avocado Salad
4 oz cooked shrimp
1 cup romaine lettuce
½ cup tomatoes
½ sliced avocado
¼ cup sweet red pepper strips
2 12oz cans Dr. Pepper - Diet

11:05 pm.
Blood Sugar - 84
