Hows my heart? well I don't actually know to be honest thats why I have a cardiology appointment today. even after the half hour walk and the 25 minute long bus ride I won't know cause I have to wait for thew results to get back to my doctor sometime next week.
9:45 am.
Blood sugar - 139
10:00 am. - Meds
1 Glipizide
1 Multi Vitamin
11:15 am.
Cardiology appointment (wasn't sure if I needed to fast for this so I didn't eat this morning.)
12:00 - Coffee
1 Dunkin Donuts, Lite Latte 1
12:45 - Lunch
Starvin' Lou's Onion Dill Tuna fish salad on pita
1 can Bumble Bee - Chunk White Albacore, in water
1 tbsp Starvin' Lou's Yogurt Dill Falafel Dip
2 Kraft Fat Free Singles - White American
2 weight watcher's pita
1 can Progresso® Light - Homestyle Vegatable & Rice
1 20oz. Dr. Pepper - Diet
4:50 - Coffee
2 cups Black Coffee (hazelnut with splenda)
8:30 - Dinner
1½ Mabo Tofu
1 pound cooked lean ground turkey
12 oz extra firm tofu
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp ginger root
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Packet Cook Do stir-fry sauce sauce
Instructions
Dice tofu in to small chunks and saute in a wok untill lightly brown then set it aside. Brown turkey in the wok and add minced garlic ,ginger, soy sauce, and sauce packet. stir the tofu back in and serve over rice
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup cooked green beans

1 serving Pei Pien, Brown Rice Roll - Seaweed
1 serving Reese's Sugar Free Mini Peanut Butter cup
