Day Eleven


And then Dim Sum destroyed my diet, So Splurge day came a day early this week.

I typed that sentence Friday night in anticipation for Dim Sum Saturday morning. what I didn't realize was that at the end of the day even with blowing most my daily points on a Dim Sum brunch I didn't fuck the diet up at all. I did cut into My weekly stretch points and activity points but all said and done. I'm still on track.

8:35 am.
Blood Sugar - 132

8:40 am. - Meds
1 Glipizide
1 Multi Vitamin

8:50 - Coffee
2 cups Black Coffee (hazlenut with splenda)

10:30 - Brunch, Dim Sum
1 Dim sum, sesame seed ball
3 Dim sum, bean curd roll with shrimp and vegetables
8 steamed shumai, pork & shrimp
3 steamed shumai, pork & Scallion
6 steamed dumpling, beef & Ginger
1 char shiu bao (pork bun)
1 Dim Sum - Golden Phoenix Claws (Chicken Foot)
3 cups green tea

3:20 - Lunch
1 serving Bumble Bee - Chunk White Albacore, in water
1 Kraft Fat Free Singles - White American
2 slices Weight Watcher's Traditional grains
1 serving Dr. Pepper - Diet
1 bag Pirates Bootie
1 20oz. Dr. Pepper - Diet

8:35 - Dinner
1 20oz. Dr. Pepper - Diet
¼ pound cooked scallops
1 cup tomato
2 cup arugula
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 Starvin' Lou's Clementine & Lime Dressing

½ cup rice vinegar
½ cup Smart Balance Canola Balance Oil
½ cup tangerine juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 lime zest

9:00 pm. - Meds
1 Glipizide

Snacks
1 Dunkin Donuts, Lite Latte 1
2 cups Black Coffee (hazlenut with splenda)
