So I put two pounds back on, Im not supprised after that trip to Dim Sum after all, Now time to add the insult to the injury? Just before I started to type this out my computer chair broke. I leaned back and one of the arms snapped. so appaerently there is a "dieting karma" Now I gotta figure out a way yo fix that peice of shit before I hop back on and get to work.

I got a late start today so I skipped breakfast and had a quick sandwich
4 slice deli-sliced turkey
1 weight watchers Original bagel
1 slice Kraft Fat Free Singles - White American
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 12oz. can Dr. Pepper - Diet
12:30 pm. - Coffee
1 Lg. Dunkin Donuts cinnamon coffee, black
3:15 pm. - Lunch
1 Filipe's Burrito - Tinga de Pollo
1 large flour tortilla
1 shredded chicken breast fillet
1 cup Grilled Vegetables
½ cup red beans and rice
1 bag Soy thin crisps sweet bbq flavored baked soy crisps
1 20oz. bottle Dr. Pepper - Diet
7:45 pm. - Meds
1 Glipizide
8:30 pm. - Dinner
6 oz. cooked flounder fillet
½ cup Basmati rice
1½ cup carrots, celery, onion saute
Snacks
2 serving Pretz - tomato
11:50 pm.
