So today I have to double post I have been wicked busy and haven't had a chance to sit down and do this today until now. So now I'm here, I got some music going and I am ready to blog Goddammit.

Ok so as I mentioned here in the "I Called You Fat!" blog my blood pressure is a little messed up here is a rough idea of what i am shooting for.

"Blood pressure readings vary, but in general your blood pressure should not go above 130/80."

So I have a blood pressure cuff here at the house and I gave it a shot today, the results were discouraging 180/90. The thing is I don't know if I'm doing it right, so tomorrow I'm gonna check it again once by myself and once at one of those monitoring stations you see at the pharmacy and grocery stores, fingers crossed I'm restarted and doing it wrong.

Also I'm fasting for more blood work tomorrow morning. Shit.

Day Twenty One
7:30 am.
Blood Sugar - 143
Meds
1 Glipizide
1 Multi Vitamin
1 Lisinopril

Breakfast
3 serving Better'n Eggs - Ham and Cheese
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 banana

snack
3 serving Quaker Rice Cakes - White Cheddar
3 serving Marmite

Lunch
1 cup spinach
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
2 serving Glenny's Low Fat Soy Crisps - Bar-b-que
2 serving Dr. Pepper - Diet
1½ Starvin' Lou's Lemon Pepper Chicken (recipe)

snack
The wife's leftover fajitas
3 oz cooked lean beef steak
2 small corn tortillas

Meds
1 Glipizide

Dinner
1 cup cooked cauliflower
1 Starvin' Lou's Quick Turkey Chili

Deasert
1 serving Reese's Sugar Free Mini Peanut Butter cup.
2 cups Coffee - Cinnamon Hazelnut

Blood Sugar - 132

Day Twenty Two
8:15 am.
Blood Sugar - 145

1 Multi Vitamin

Blood Pressure - 180/90

Breakfast
3 serving Better'n Eggs - Ham and Cheese
2 item Light Multi-Grain English Muffin

Lunch
1 Can Bumble Bee - Chunk White Albacore, in water
1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup carrots
1 serving Pringles Light - Sour crean and onion
1 Tbsp plain fat-free yogurt

Snacks
¼ cup Wasabi Peas
1 can Dr. Pepper - Diet

Dinner
1 item cooked chicken fillet
1/2 cup Small white beans
1 cup cooked corn kernels

I was making lunch for my wife tomorrow and had a sandwich in the process
2 oz cooked center loin pork, lean only
2 slices 100% whole wheat bread

Snacks
¼ cup Wasabi Peas
1 can Dr. Pepper - Diet

10:30 pm.
Blood Sugar - 165
Oh shit forgot my earning meds!
