Ok, So I have not been my diligent self when it comes to this blog this week. I blame not feeling great at the end of the days and Lack of sleep. I won't go as far as to say that my insomnia is back, but I haven't slept well all week and in turn it has put me off of sitting here and blogging. High points include, loosing eleven pounds since I started and my blood pressure, bitter sweet really. so here are the two days I missed.

Day twenty three

Breakfast
1 Big Ass Bowl Of Nothing. (fasting for blood work.)

Note no breakfast = No Meds.
I didn't want to risk putting myself hypoglycemic on account of...

A. heading out to help at the Tokyo Kid.
and
B. Not wanting to pass-out when the nurse stuck a needle the size of a buick into my arm.
Lunch
1 banana
1 serving Dr. Pepper
1 Filepe's Grilled Veggie Burrito

Dinner

1 cup lemon grass chicken
1 cup mixed Asian veggies (snow peas, straw mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)
2 steamed shrimp shumai
1 bowl Tom Kha Soup

3 cup fat-free chicken broth
14 oz coconut milk
½ pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup mushroom(s)
1½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 cup cilantro

1 Multi Vitamin

Snacks
1 banana
1 serving Dr. Pepper - Diet

1 cup fat-free soy milk

Day Twenty Four

1 serving Ken's Lite Italian
1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Pizza Roma's Anti Pasto

Dinner
1 Starvin' Lou's Curried Chic Peas (recipe)

1 tsp curry powder
½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 weight watchers Pita
1 20oz Sugar-free raspberry ice
