Day Five.

Some of you folks may know how Weight Watchers® works and some may not, for those who don't here is a quick summery. You fill out a questionair about yourself (your weight, height, amount of exercise you get a week etc.) and you are awarded a daily point value. In addition to your daily point you also get 35 carry over points, basically 5 points a day you can go over if need be, you are also awarded points based on activity.

So I hit the gym I get a couple of extra points I walk the mile to the bus stop I get a point, yadda yadda yadda. The wife and I have decided that Sundays will be our "splurge days" that doesnt me we are gonna sit around eating ice cream and bacon all day, it just means that we arn't as concerned with our sticking to our daily target. That being said I only went over my target by about 6 points, this in part due to snacking while watching the game, and my undying love for Cherry Peppers with Aged Provolone & Prociutto.

The amazing thing about this is, I thought I was gorgeing myself today. It wasn't untill I just logged my results that it dawned on me that I was still well within my diet. So here it is my breakdown for super bowl sunday.
