Day Nine

I was out of the house most the day so I don't have accurate times for my day but here is the breakdown.


9:00 am.
Blood sugar - 114

Breakfast
2 cup Cheerios
¼ cup fat-free soy milk
½ cup carrot
½ cup celery


Lunch
1 banana
1 bag Soy thin crisps sweet bbq flavored baked soy crisps
1 boston chowda' salad


Dinner
2 item refrigerated grilled chicken breast fillet
1 cup cooked broccoli
1 cup Spanish onion
1 cup mushrooms
2 weight watchers Pita - Quick-added food
1 serving Pringles Light - Sour crean and onion
2 serving Kraft Fat Free Singles - White American
1 Pizza Roma's garden salad


Snacks
1 serving Dunkin Donuts, Lite Latte
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
5 Sugar Free Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures


9:15 am. - Meds
1 Glipizide
1 Multi Vitamin


11:30 pm.
Blood Sugar - 76

p.s. I had a orieo 100 calorie snack pack at like midnight, i was feeling kinda woozy I didn't add this into my weight watchers tracker however

p.p.s As it turned out I still had points so the cookies didn't fuck up my diet.
